Method

  1. Add some oil to your pan and put on a medium heat.
  2. Add the minced beef and (optionally) a diced onion to the pan.
  3. Cook until the beef is starting to brown all over, then add 3-4 tbsp of the homemade taco seasoning mix.
  4. Give everything a good mix, and let cook through for a few more minutes.
  5. Get your plates ready: Add some lettuce leaves, a little soured cream and nacho cheese sauce, a bit of tomato and then layer some of the minced beef on top and add a little grated cheese. Repeat until you're happy it's ridiculous enough. Add in some homemade salsa if you like too.
  6. Side with some more salad, cheese, salsa, soured cream, more nacho cheese sauce, whatever else you like!
  7. Eat!

This is basically a dirty plateful of a bunch of very similar recipes I've seen around and about. I took a bunch of bits I liked and put them together for a single main.
