Method
- Add everything into a microwave-safe mixing bowl and mix as best you can.
- Put into the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring everything up at the end of each interval until you're left with a fairly smooth mix.
- Chuck it straight onto your favourite Mexican dish! (Careful though, as it'll be pretty hot for the first few minutes out of the microwave!)
