Method

  1. In a mixing bowl add 300ml heavy whipping cream, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 2-3 tbsp powdered erythritol. Whip it all up. Add more hazelnut extract and/or erythritol to taste if required.
  2. In another bowl add 56 g cream cheese, 1/4 tsp hazelnut extract and 1 tsp powdered cacao. Mix everything together. Add a little more hazelnut extract and/or cacao powder to taste if required, this can be very cheesy/bitter!
  3. In your glasses add a few nuts, then layer over some of the sweet whipped cream mixture and then layer over some of the chocolatey cream cheese.
  4. Add some more mixed nuts or a few chocolate chips and keep layering up your sundae until you've used all the sweet cream and chocolate cream.
  5. If you're on a keto diet, ensure you don't use too many chocolate chips or nuts in this recipe!
  6. Serve and enjoy!
